NADINE WARBRICK – Yoga + Meditation Teacher
Yoga, meditation and other healing modalities have been a part of Nadine’s life growing up. Her grandfather used essential oils, taught her about healing through food and crystal healing. Her yoga journey started in 2007 when her grandfather took her on a week long ayurvedic and yoga/meditation retreat in Wellington. She immediately fell in love with deep yoga and meditation practice which has stuck with her for the rest of her life.
Nadine has studied yoga through the Art of Living (2007), Bikram Yoga Teacher Training (2013), Kriya Yoga in Rishikesh (20hr Yoga Teacher Training 2014), Power Living (200hr Teacher Training 2015). She has taught over thousands of students in New Zealand, Mexico, USA (several states) and Australia. Nadine spent some time practicing meditation in Pushkar and Rishikesh (India), before going to Nepal to trek the Himalayas before settling in Perth. She is now teaching regularly as a full time yoga teacher at studios based in Perth.
Nadine believes that all yoga is good yoga – in that any way of bringing you closer to Source that suits your preferred method(s) is best for you. She loves exploring different yoga classes, styles and breathing techniques and will bring a pallet with a wide variety of techniques for yoga and meditation to the retreat, to set you up for a regular home practice. Her favourite styles to practice range from Hot Yoga, to Vinyasa to Gentle Flow and Yin. Nadine also dabbles in tai chi movement, regular walks along the beach for cleansing and ensures her life is full of laughter and fun. You can expect her classes to be uplifting, energetic and full of loving light.
